Trip To Nandi Hills

I think i must start with "This place is awesome!!!"
Everyone nearby should at least visit this place once.

I had visited this place when i used to study in Bangalore.

First i will give some information on Nandi Hills. It ia an ancient fortress of southern India built on a hill, in the Chikkaballapur district of Karnataka state.
Some 60 Kms from bangalore and around 40 Kms from the BIAL .It is also the origin of the Arkavathy river. You can in fact see the airstrip from the top.

This place was very famous among people who loved to see the sunrise. But of late it is also catching the eyes of people who want to run away from pollution and

heat of the city.

The entry time to the top of the hill is restricted by the government. Its allowed only from 6 A.M to 6 P.M.


For people who love to see the sunrise: They either go early morning or stay there the night before till the sunrise.
For staying there, there are many Cottages and Rooms available at different costs.
I would suggest that if you are planning to stay overnight, then its better to book rooms beforehand as the prices increase latter on when not much rooms are available.


For other People: Its very important to book rooms in advance. Not much rooms are available.











Personally speaking when i went there, i had to spend the night in a small room with 10 people.
So please dont make such mistakes.


For reaching this place, you can either use public transport or use your own vehicle.
Parking space is available there, so its not a problem.

Its always wise to take woolen clothes with you when you go there, because irrespective of the month it will be cold in the morning.

The view from there early in the morning is mesmerizing.

Inspiration!!!

Hi Everyone,

This is the first blog of my life.
I always wanted to blog, but was unable to do so for a long time.
I think this is one of the best place and way through which you can put forward your thoughts.

This blog is about the inspirations that we can draw out of the various people we meet in life.
I may sound bit old-ish and boring, but i write this on my personal experiences of life.

I have spent nearly 6 yrs away from my family, ever since i joined college.
And these are the years when i have come  hundreds of unknown people.
All away from parents, i had to face all of them on my own. This was the time i realized that everyone in this world had something that is different in them, and that is what makes them the person who they are.

Until school days, i never looked at life in such a fashion.
But now i had a completely different perspective of life. I knew that this is the way God teaches you Life.
He sends people of all sorts to you, and you have to draw inspiration out of them and learn from them and use them to live life.

All the people i have met had some qualities or feature that have inspired me in some or the other way.
They had some some qualities in them, that you should learn to become an improved person.
Some of them had good speaking ability, some had a nice dressing sense, some had good knowledge(in any field), some had nice sense of humor, etc...
These are few of the hundreds of characteristics that have inspired me.

It is up to you if u can recognize these characters, and learn to become a better human being.

It is just amazing how life continues to inspire me and teach me a new lesson every day.........

This Blog was the portraying of my thought on life.
